Rise From Ashes

Rise From Ashes is set in an ancient, mediaevalesque world, still ruled by nature, not having yet experienced the cruelty of human industrialization. It is an empire building game with a unique twist of a heavy emphasis on management of individual citizens down to their rest periods and daily food intake.

In Rise From Ashes, the player will play as an orphaned prince of a desolate kingdom, led to ruin by the prior king. It will be the player’s goal to rebuild the once great kingdom, how they do this, is completely up to them. Throughout the game, the player will be able to build new and upgrade existing structures, that serve different purposes. The player will also be able to individually manage their citizens, assigning them jobs and changing specific parameters. For an additional challenge the player will be occasionally raided by enemy barbarians that the player will need to defend against. The game will end when the player reaches a high enough kingdom score which is different depending on chosen difficulty.
